SAVE THE PLANET
Do your part, by returning your parts! You will be helping to keep new, hard to recycle plastic consumption down. So far, our initiative has kept hundreds of pounds of this type of plastic out of the landfill. Keeping the earth clean means keeping the trails open.
When your new parts arrive, save your box! After installing your new parts, reuse the packaging materials and box to pack your core (old) parts. You must fill out the card included with your shipment, so we know the parts are yours when they arrive at our shop. Including your order number is very important, we need this to look up your payment method in our system for your refund. If you lose your card, you can download this form to ship back in the box. SHIPPING
At this time, we do not pay for shipping when utilizing this program. You must ship your parts within 30 days of receiving them for your full refund.
PRO TIP: Take a few pictures of your core parts to have on hand in case your parts arrive with damage. Photos go a long way when processing a claim with shipping companies!
CORE INSPECTION
When your shipment arrives in our facility we will inspect core parts for damages. If there are damages found that make the part unusable no refund will be issued. If you are unsure if you damaged your part upon removal, please contact us via email at sales@distinctionapplied.com with photos of the issue prior to sending your core parts back to our facility.
REFUND
Your refund will be issued promptly after inspection. The amount of time it takes to see your refund in your account will depend upon your card issuer but typically takes less than two weeks after the arrival of your core parts. The full “Core Value” amount is shown on the individual product pages on our website.
Please pay close attention to whether the product you purchased is included in the recycling initiative. We will be unable to issue refunds for parts that are not included in the program.
