Please read the below information to learn more about our products, shipping timeframes, and how to order. 

Please check the header of our website for current production timeframes. Most items are made to order, although we typically have quick turnaround time for production, please refer to the timeframes mentioned in the header when ordering. You are welcome to email regarding the status of your order, but please note that we can only respond to emails regarding order status if the timeframe given has elapsed. 

​We use Mopar® OEM parts. Our company has chosen to go this route for a number a reasons, mainly to preserve the quality, safety, and fitment we would expect ourselves. In an effort to have more budgets-friendly items in stock we have branched out to include a select number of aftermarket parts and accessories. If a product is aftermarket if will be explicitly stated in the products title and description.

We stock parts fitting Wrangler JL 2018 to current model year & Gladiator JT 2019 to current model year. If you are looking for parts to fit your 2007 to 2018 JK Wrangler, please reach out to us as many parts available to paint are not listed on the website.

Frequently Asked questions

NO! We only use OEM or High-quality aftermarket parts. A great part fitment is very important to us when choosing what parts to stock.

Typically, we can easily refund the method of payment used upon checkout. Some credit card companies do not allow this; in this instance we will contact you.

We can also issue refunds via Venmo/PayPal or by check. If you prefer to have you refund be in the form of store credit we can also accommodate this request.

OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer" another term that people use to describe this is "factory". This means that they are genuine parts produced directly by your vehicle's maker.

Why is this important? First, it eliminates a lot of questions for you such as, Will is fit? YES! If your vehicle came equipped with it - it will fit. Many aftermarket parts have a reputation for not fitting perfectly when installed, you dont have this issue with an OEM part.

Secondly, SAFETY! Especially with interior parts - this is extremely important. Although the covers you find from "the other guys" may be cheap they have the potential to become sharp projectiles in the event of an accident.

It's not you, it's us! We love our JK friends.

Currently, the parts for JK's are hella expensive - we are talking $1000+ for a grille panel - or just plain out of stock/backordered.

Good news though! You can ship us your parts for processing. Just shoot us an email with what you have in mind and we will respond with a quote.

General FAQs

No. We no longer stock the OEM Mopar bumper covers due to many issues with production.

We do offer our own line of Cover'd Up windshield bumper covers which are a great alternative and at a great price.

We have installed many grilles behind an existing wench. We recommend you have at least one inch of clearance between your grille and the back of your wench.

PRO TIP: Place a towel over your wench to protect against scratching when installing your new Distinction Applied grille.

Yes, however costs are much higher. Before ordering, please contact us to discuss your request.

WE CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS DUE TO EXTENDED WAIT TIMES THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL (EX. MOPAR STRIKE) WHEN CONSIDERING ORDERING THIS ITEM, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND.

  • Expect 18-23 days from order to delivery.
  • Processing time for the '24 Mopar Grille typically takes 15-18 business days from order date. Shipping via UPS Ground adds approximately 3 to 5 additional business days.

Classic Grille (2018-2023) FAQs

Our "CLASSIC" STANDARD grille comes with the "Panel & Surround" in your factory or custom color choice. The remaining parts of the grille will remain their standard factory finishes. 

The Grille assembly does NOT include the rubber stripping, foam, and mounting push pins that are needed to mount to the vehicle - you will need to remove these from your existing Grille. 

Your color choice will be applied to the outer Grille surround and panel. The grille trim will remain "Factory Black Plastic" (not Rubicon Gray) and the mesh will remain "Factory Black Plastic".

Yes. If you would like the trim, trim slot or mesh painted in a different color, you can Add-On for an additional paint fee cost. We will paint the surround at no additional cost, if desired. Simply select from the color options when ordering.

NOTE: To change the factory medium grey on the grille trim (TRIM DOES NOT COME RUBICON GREY) or black plastic from the other parts of your new grille you can select your color choice when ordering from the paint fee add-on options. The Paint Fee Add-Ons are paint fees only, they are NOT separate or extra parts.  

Our Classic grille comes with the "Panel & Surround" in your color choice. The remaining parts of the grille will remain their standard factory finishes. 

Processing time for the Classic Grille

  • Expect 18-23 days from order to delivery. We ship via UPS Ground, which adds approximately 3 to 5 additional business days.

  • If you have a factory installed camera, please select "YES" on the product page when prompted.
  • The Classic Grille does NOT come with a camera, only the mount for your already factory installed option.

Paint & Finish

If you would like the finish of your new parts to have the same sheen/look as your vehicles painted exterior our "Gloss" finish would be the best option for you.

If you are looking for something a little different and not as shiny to set off certain parts of your vehicle, you may be interested in a matte finish.

Out matte finish does not have a "chalky" look and will still have a low-key sheen but much more subtle than the gloss finishes.

YES! We use the same high-quality clear coat products for our matte finish, we just include an additive to achieve the matte look. There is no compromise in quality when choosing the matte finish.

We use BASF automotive paints which in known as a leading supplier of automotive paints around the world.

Custom Paint & Pattern Services

We offer professional color matching and custom pattern options to make your vehicle truly unique.

  • Color Matching: Complimentary for orders over $500; $50 fee for smaller orders. Send a small item with your desired color to our shop, and we'll return it with your order.
  • Custom Patterns: Explore films at watertransferprinting.com for a one-of-a-kind look. Many films are semi-transparent and any base color can be applied to the part of your choice.

Shipping

Current shipping timeframes are listed on the banner at the top of the page. Once your purchase has shipped, we will send a tracking number to your provided email address. 

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

Our site will allow your purchase to proceed with free shipping - unfortunately we cannot offer this to our international clientele due to exorbitant shipping cost. We will sent an invoice following your purchase for the shipping cost to your location.

If you would like to cancel your order after shipping costs are known we can do that for you. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BELOW.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase due to being shipped wrong item or defective item. No returns will be accepted once product has been installed.

Finish on all products have a 1 year warranty against peeling, bubbling, fading. These items are painted and can scratches just like your cars exterior finish, so scratches and debris chips are not a warranty item.

Warranty items must be returned to us and we will reprocess the item and return it back within 14 days of receipt.
